In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all products. Pickup hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle shipping.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping, but free standard shipping is not valid for international orders.
You may incur additional taxes and duties depending on your location, and we are not responsible for these charges.
If applicable, you are responsible for complying with the laws in your country and for any related costs or taxes.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy
- Products purchased from physical stores cannot be returned.
- All other products are eligible for return if the conditions below are met.
Shipping Instructions for Returns:
- If applicable, we will send a shipping label after your return request is approved.
- If you need to use a carrier, please ship to:

Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund:
- Return the product within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags and receipt included.
If these conditions are met:
- We will refund the payment via the original payment method.
- A Shipping Fee of ₹50 and a Handling Fee of ₹40 per item will be deducted from the refund.
If the product is damaged or the return is initiated after 30 days, a refund will not be processed.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Each product is eligible for one exchange only.
Conditions for exchanges:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and receipt.
- Shipping back the product is required for inspection and replacement.
Products marked as gifts or bundled items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
