Working Process

  1. Powder Feeding: The product is fed into the top hopper manually or via screw elevator.
  2. Dosing: The servo motor rotates the auger screw to dispense the exact weight.
  3. Pouch Forming: Laminated film is pulled over the forming collar to shape the pouch.
  4. Vertical Sealing: The pouch is sealed along the side.
  5. Filling: Product is filled into the pouch through the forming tube.
  6. Horizontal Sealing and Cutting: The top is sealed, and the pouch is separated.
  7. Output: Final pouch drops onto the takeaway conveyor.
