Description
In today’s competitive and fast-paced packaging world, a reliable, efficient, and affordable sealing solution is not just a necessity—it’s a strategic advantage. The DGYF 200 Induction or Wad Sealing Machine is designed to fulfill that role for small to mid-sized businesses that require consistent, tamper-evident, and professional-grade sealing on plastic and glass bottles.
Whether you are packaging pharmaceuticals, food items, cosmetics, chemicals, or beverages, this versatile tabletop sealing unit offers dual compatibility—supporting both foil induction sealing and wad sealing, giving you unmatched flexibility. Lightweight, portable, and easy to operate, it’s the perfect addition to any workspace, production line, or lab environment.
What Is the DGYF 200 Induction or Wad Sealing Machine?
The DGYF 200Â Induction or Wad Sealing Machine is a semi-automatic, handheld induction sealing machine designed to provide airtight and leak-proof seals on containers. Unlike traditional sealing techniques that rely on physical pressure or adhesives, induction sealing is a non-contact process. It uses electromagnetic induction to generate heat in the foil liner, bonding it securely to the bottle mouth.
However, this unit goes a step further—it’s also compatible with wad sealing techniques. Wad sealing uses pressure-sensitive or foam wads (liners) to close the mouth of containers, offering another option for packaging flexibility. This dual-functionality is what sets the DGYF 200 apart from other models in the same price range.
How Induction and Wad Sealing Work
Induction Sealing Process:
A foil liner is placed inside the cap of the bottle.
Once the cap is screwed on, the operator positions the sealing head over the bottle.
The machine is activated, and a high-frequency magnetic field is created.
The magnetic field heats the foil liner within seconds.
The heated liner melts the polymer layer, bonding the foil to the rim of the bottle.
Once cooled, the seal is tamper-proof and airtight.
Wad Sealing Process:
A pressure-sensitive wad (also called a liner or seal) is inserted into the cap.
When the cap is tightly closed, pressure causes the wad to stick to the rim of the bottle.
This creates a barrier seal that protects the contents and offers product integrity.
Unlike induction sealing, it doesn’t use heat, making it suitable for heat-sensitive products.
