Sonic Industries  believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • Sonic Industries does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified the issue at their end. The return should be made within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

  • For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.

  • Approved refunds by Sonic Industries will be processed within 3-5 days. Original payment method.

Additional Information:

On our website www.sonicindustries.in and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the platform), we will decide the process for crediting the applicable refund/return against various acceptable conditions. If payment was made from your side, the refund/return will be processed to your original payment method.

Customers may request a receipt of products if the delivered items are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications, or are found defective. Refund/return requests cannot be made beyond the stipulated time periods mentioned above.

We require images of the product, the box, and the received invoice along with the query for the refund/return request. Please share these in their original conditions to Email: info@sonicindustries.inm. After inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images, it will be decided whether a return or refund will be initiated, following internal management approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

If you have selected Cash on Delivery and the order has been delivered, and if the delivered order does not match the conditions mentioned above, the following will apply:

  • The applicable clauses mentioned above shall come into effect.

  • Conditions applicable to the refund process will be as outlined.
