 Operating Workflow

 1. Feeding & Weighing

The product is lifted into the hopper (manually or via Z-type elevator). From there, it flows into a multi-head or linear weigher, which intelligently weighs the exact amount (±1% tolerance).

 2. Pouch Forming

Laminated roll film is pulled automatically and formed into a pouch using a forming collar.

 3. Filling

After the pouch is formed and ready, the weigher releases the accurate quantity of the product into the pouch.

 4. Sealing & Cutting

The filled pouch is heat sealed at the top. A high-speed cutter then separates each pouch before it’s dropped onto the discharge tray or conveyor.

 5. Coding & Counting

An optional batch coding printer prints MRP, MFG, EXP, or QR codes on the pouch. An optional counter helps batch collection for packing into cartons.
