How It Works: L Sealing + Shrinking in One Flow
Step 1: Sealing (L Sealer Unit)
Products are manually or automatically placed inside the shrink film sleeve (usually center-folded), and positioned on the sealing area. The L-shaped sealing blade comes down to cut and seal the film around the product in an “L” shape—sealing both the horizontal and vertical edges in one step.
Step 2: Shrinking (Shrink Tunnel)
Once sealed, the product is moved on a conveyor through the shrink tunnel, where high-temperature air circulation causes the shrink film to wrap tightly around the product. This gives it a professional, transparent, wrinkle-free finish.
