 Workflow Process

  1. Load Film Roll
    Install PVC, POF, or polyolefin film on the film unwinder.

  2. Place Product on Infeed Conveyor
    Products are automatically fed into the sealing area.

  3. Photocell Detection & Film Feeding
    Sensors detect the product and advance the shrink film accordingly.

  4. Sealing & Film Cutting
    Hot wire or blade seals and cuts the film in an L pattern around the product.

  5. Conveyor Transfers Sealed Product
    The product moves automatically into the shrink tunnel.

  6. Shrink Tunnel Activates
    The tunnel’s hot air circulation shrinks the film around the product.

  7. Finished Product Exits Tunnel
